Music Aficionados: Summer 2003-2004 - alt/rock song - title & artist req'd?

I am trying to find out the artist/title of a song that was playing
during the summer of 2003 (possibly summer 2004). It was on Canadian
radio at the same time as The Ataris "Boys of Summer". I don't recall
much about it, but I believe the lead singer has a gravelly voice
(think Default or Staind) and near the end of the song someone yells
"Look Out Below" in the background (side note: I realize there is a
Closure song by this very name, but this is not the song I am thinking
of).

This particular summer I was camping up near Cultus Lake, and this
song was playing on one of the local stations quite often. For some
reason, I vaguely recall that the the name of the song/artist may
include the letter 'P'... but don't let that mislead you, I could be
(very) wrong!

If anyone has any ideas about what the answer might be, I would be
very grateful to hear your suggestions! If you have any questions,
post them, and I will do my best to give further details.
